- Complaint (queja): dissatisfaction regarding customer service, not directly related to the product or service.
How to file your complaint or claim

- First and last names
- Identity document (DNI/CE)
- Email address and contact phone
- Type of request (claim or complaint)
- Details of the claim or complaint and your specific request
Response time
We will respond to your complaint or claim within the period established by current regulations, contacting you through the contact details you provide.
